Suffolk County Association of
Women Police

The Suffolk County Association of Women Police (SCAWP) was established as a not-for-profit organization to support and unite women police officers throughout Suffolk County, New York. Formed under New York State Not-For-Profit Corporation Law and operating as a 501(c)(3) charitable organization, SCAWP is dedicated to strengthening the professional and personal bonds among law enforcement officers.
Our organization brings together active and retired law enforcement officers to promote sisterhood, integrity, leadership, and mutual support within the law enforcement community. Through collaboration and shared experiences, we work to foster professional development, mentorship, and networking among our members.
Beyond supporting our members, SCAWP is committed to serving the communities of Suffolk County. The organization actively engages in charitable work, community outreach, and initiatives that promote public welfare and strengthened relationships between law enforcement and the community.
Our mission is to create a supportive network that encourages personal growth, professional excellence, and a lasting commitment to serve.
